About Asiago Cheese

Asiago is an Italian DOP cheese from the Veneto and Trentino regions, named after the Asiago plateau. Fresh Asiago (Pressato) is mild and creamy, while aged Asiago (d'Allevo) becomes firm, crumbly, and develops a rich, nutty depth of flavour. It is one of Italy's most beloved cheeses.

Pairings

Pair with cured meats, olives, and crusty bread. Works beautifully melted over pasta or grated on soups. Try it with a light Pinot Grigio or sparkling Prosecco.

Fun fact: Asiago has been produced on the Asiago plateau for over 1,000 years!
